Over the last year I have found UPS really coming up short on customer service. They simply can't get my packages delivered no matter where I live in Albany. Its such a hassle dealing with them that I have just given up and gone back to the postal service.

I had sent a Christmas package from California and used an old address for its delivery in Oregon. I was so concerned as it was gifts for my grandsons babies. I called UPS Customer Center. They were so gracious! I didn't even have to identify myself because she got all she needed to know from my phone number. I was assured not to worry, they would hold the package for pick up. One less thing to stress about today. Thanks so much UPS Customer Center Albany, OR. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
