You pay even if they cut key wrong........

I went to the Lebanon office and the young man told me that the key I picked out would work fine.I get home and guess what,key will not fit.I go back ask them to file the key down and the guy says to me "I doubt if this will work,sorry" I then asked what now and he says "I will not give you a refund because we do not copy duplicate keys and I need the original." So if you want to THROW MONEY AWAY then I suggest this company.You the customer pays for the employee cutting your key wrong.I purchased a custom key so I am out $6.
