They have steady prices. It's a small building, but they only carry worthwhile products. Durable dog toys, competitive prices for dog food, and bird seed.

I have dealt with this store for years and the fellows provide the best service anywhere. As far as they are concerned, there are no dumb questions. They are full of knowledge and thier prices are as good or better than most of the big stores. After pricing things at all the stores, I end up going back and buying from them. Pellets, feed, pet supplies are always cheaper at Cool's.Thanks for the great service.

My first time to Cool's was last week when I was looking for a new dog food for my Golden Retriever with allergies. My visit there was inspired by a recommendation, and I can say I was impressed of the knowledge of the gentleman that helped me concerning their products. He gave me more information that can cause allergies than our vet, and a better plan to determine what she is allergic to. There is also a wide selection pet supplies in addition to high quality pet foods. Due to my first impression of the store, I will be a returning, loyal customer to this local business. Cool's demonstrates a level of pride, knowledge, and customer service that is lacking in so many businesses today. Thank you!

I'm so glad that not much changed when the old manager of Big B purchased the store. He has kept the same wonderful customer service and products they have been known for for years. This is a great, friendly place to get food for my cat.
