Do not hire this firm, I hired the dad he came to retrieve funds. Inexperienced son took case. total fee $6000., i $4000 of my 5 year life saving. and got dooped and legal representation sucked )NO VISITS TO CLIENT, NO DEALS NEGOTIATED, NO NOTHING). My brother was offered 3 yrs BY COURT, HE got 5 for some STRANGE reason that could not be explained and lawyer just received FREE money to do nothing WORK. Lawyers Kindlon are washed up and sell clients out after receiving your funds. Might be good for out of state representation, but locally (Albany, NY) Please DONT people.
