Wish we went with Bennett in the first place. We were very pleased with Bennett's professionalism and quality of work. The siding and porch railings came out better then we would of thought. They were there every day they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves. We had Sheldrick Contracting do work for us but he asked for payment up front and never finished the job (he lied about the way the porch had to be completed said we were in a historical section). When Kevin came and gave us an estimate he made things go smoothly. Chris and his crew were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves every day. They did a great job.

Thank you for making our dream come true. Our new bathroom is beautiful. We can understand why Bennett Contracting has been a respected and trusted business in the Capital District since 1915. We felt a real connection with Steve D. and Chuck. We appreciated the daily contact with Steve and Chuck and always knew our home was in good hands. Chuck really cares and it is reflected in the work he does. Steve was very helpful in coordinating the whole project and always keeping us informed. We look forward to working with Bennett Contracting Inc. on future improvements to our home. Great job!

I used Bennett Contracting to sand our floors and finish them with new polyurethane. They also altered some plumbing in my bathroom. I am very pleased with Bennett and have used them several times. They are a little bit more expensive, but given how some contractors are not dependable I am willing to pay the little bit extra that it would cost for their service. Their quality of work is very good. I will continue to use this company in the future.

We have a “Bennett House” because they did our siding, they did our windows, they rebuilt our front porch, they insulated our house, and they did repairs after a storm. I can only speak highly of them. I like that they clean up after themselves and that their work has been very competent. The men that have come out have been polite and I don’t mind having them around. They would be the first ones that I would call. We find that their prices are competitive and that we get what we pay for.

Bennett Contracting reconstructed my sun room and put the siding on. They found some rot in the walls of the sunroom. They took out all the rot and put in new support. On the outside they put in a layer of new sub-siding and then they put on the aluminum siding. They did a nice job. I liked them. They were professional. They were on time. They cleaned up the mess. The price was a little high, but it was good work.

They gutted out the entire bathroom and remodeled a new one for us. This included new tiles on the floor and tub, a new tub, vanity, sink and all the plumbing. They also painted and installed two outlets. The entire job lasted about two weeks and they took away all the trash when they left. This is a very professional company. They were punctual and very responsive to all the questions we had. I liked the price they gave me as we upgraded the bathroom to really look nice. The quality of the entire project was excellent and we will use them again one day.

Bennett Contracting Inc. did a major ‘curb appeal’ update on my home.



The building materials, roll off, inspector etc. showed up at the designated time and all materials were the correct size, color and model the first time around. There were no delays encountered for any of those details. The workmen were very professional.



I believe I received good value for the money I spent. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Bennett Contracting, Inc. to any of my family members or friends.
