. He never tried to sell us.on the contrary he tried to guide us and educate us all the while being perfectly honest about different combinations and choices. A sales person like that is really a throwback to a different time. The service that we received surpasses any service that I have had anywhere, in any store, in any department. I really can not stress enough what an asset Jamin Robinson is to you.

Yesterday I made an appointment to meet with someone in the bridal registry for my niece Lauren Branchini and myself. At 9:15 AM today, we met with Jamin Robinson. I had no idea that Jamin would proceed to spend the next 3 hours with us, while fielding questions from other employees and helping other customers. I have never met a more knowledgeable, helpful and hard working individual in my entire life. From understanding immediately that my niece was not a bridey bride, to the magnificent but simple place setting that he put together for her, to the incredible connection that he made with her about stainless steel cookware, Egyptian Cotton towels (at one point the 3 of us were standing in the towel dept pinching towels so that he could make his point), to ironing boards, to coffee makers, juicers, pillows, and anything and everything in the store, Jamin was completely well versed. The Bed Bath & Beyond here on Wolf Road has a very nasty unfriendly young lady named Ebony. The store Manager should put her elsewhere on the selling floor because she's chasing customers away with her RUDE attitude. I never in my life said this about anyone before until now. Wow! I was shocked at the way such a nice person as myself could be treated! I'm old enough to be her mother! Customer service isn't what it used to be!
