Great time, good staff. The kids loved it and were very happy. Staff were happy to work with me on throwing a birthday party for my three year old and took the stress off myself.

Staff is unprofessional, discourteous, rude. When I called to ask abt drop off policy and see what was available, bc I had questions their staff member got very rude and defensive when I asked for a manager she hung up the phone in my face. If she cannot handle a simple phone call from an adult w questions- who knows how my child would have bn treated if I had taken him there. Sad that such a genius facility employs such sub-par staff... Very disappointed in WW after today's experience. Will not be bck.
