Professional plumbing is very high . they charge by the hour plus by the mileage plus for gas and for going and getting parts that they should already have on hand that is why I thought they would be call professional plumbing. Oh and if you explain what you need them to do and they say they need to look at the job first they will charge you for gas, an hour of work that only took 5 minutes to look at plus mileage. It was a job that should have took 3 hours but took four and they charge extra when they have an extra man with them. Which my husband asked how much it would cost and the lady told him 75.00 dollars an hour. did not tell him about mileage, gas, having to go get parts, or extra man. So please ask before you hire a plumber and let them come into your home to look at a job that was already explained to them.

Professional plumbing came to the house yesterday to replace some pipes that had holes in them. A job which required them to be working under the house. They did not knock on the door to announce to anyone that they had arrived and were going to begin working. The only way I knew they were here was because I just happened to look outside and see a huge green truck before they started working otherwise I would not have known and the noise under the house would have scared me and my children half to death. Once they were finished with the job they just left. No one informed me on the status of the job. I was not sure of they were leaving to pick up something and coming back I did not know if they had completed the job. And better yet we were told to expect them after lunch and they showed up around 10:30am. And no I am not complaining about them showing up early I am complaining that there was no phone call to let us know they would be early. That should have been a clue I suppose. Needless to say I would not choose to use professional plumbing and heating again. They seriously lack communication skills which I believe is key to a great business. I gave professional plumbing and heating one star because the job was completed.
