Never been in store, but called to ask if they had a product. The person picks up and says “hello” as if I called the wrong number. They don’t have the product I was inquiring about which is fine. I say “oh, alright well thank you anyway,” and he says OK and hangs up. Maybe they are good folks over there. Maybe not, but that sealed the deal for me calling back or going by the physical location. I’m a stickler for at least decent customer service. Guess I’ll purchase online instead of shopping local.
