This is tammy steveson I got a black 2013 eltrana I got from budget in Douglas been paying on the car and haven't got any paper work on car or receipts on car my po box is 686 homerville ga thanks

The DoCo credit union website is so archaic - not user friendly and doesn't function like other financial institution websites. With other banks I can change my address online. With DoCo they require a notarized letter. (I live in Atlanta.) Very inconvenient. Today I went on the website and was happy to see that it has a new look. I was hoping that it was more user friendly as well, but when I went to "login" I got a message that it is not cannot be verified as a secure site.

For the pasr couple of days, I am unable to get into personal banking. I have tried websites all to no avail. Are you aware of the problem?
