I have used Battery Source store in Albany since the day it opened. The last 3 or 4 batteries I have purchased over the last year have had to be replaced. Today the batteries in my boat had to be replaced AGAIN. They were purchased in May of this year. The Service Tech had no idea how to disconnect and reconnect correctly. When he finished my trolling motor did not work and he broke the strap while trying to replace. I now have to take my boat to Huggins Boats to get the batteries wired correctly at a cost to me. No apology, sorry or thank you. Knowing that he had broken the strap and wired them wrong his only comment to me was "Have a nice day". I will not purchase from or recommend to anyone again. "Have a nice day Battery Source".
