I've been shopping here for years. It's not a big thing that they have a $15.00 minimum for debit cards. A lot of small businesses have a minimum for cards. All of the employees have been friendly, and helpful. And it's nice when the remember your name.

Shelly's is a good smoke shop especially for a small town like ours. RE: comment from jeffangie, the 15.00 min. for credit card use is the merchant is charged about 4% to do the transaction. As for special orders, merchants must buy a min. qty of said item. Both are facts. I was in bus. over 30 years. If you don't like it go internet with no personal service!

Owner is caustic and will not do any special orders. Store requires a $15 minimum on any purchase, which exceeds Visa's terms, debit or credit.



Have also been yelled at for bringing up the Visa topic in front of other customers.
