they tell you up front that they accept insurance then when you get there the receptionist tells you that they are not accepting insurance today and that you will have to pay in full then file with your insurance....bad business

they took my money and i wasn't even given a eye exam prescription....

this place is awful,,,i called and asked how much an eye exam would be for contacts and i was told 97.00 well after the exam i was told it would be 240...once i stated that i was told 97.00 ahead of time all hell broke out with the nasty receptionist Thelma(a real piece or work). so i then said i would need to only pay for the exam and nothing else so the piece or work then says i will need to take out the trial pair of contacts before i can leave the business...blah blah blah...then my check was not filled out properly for the bank to accept it...and what does Thelma do...well she tells my husband she will have to tear it up since it was not filled out properly and that i could bring another one for the correct amount...guess what she filled it out herself(forgery) and sent it to the bank...i am going to the bank and the police and small claims court if necessary...what a low life Thelma....so run run run....cause after i started telling people around town what happened they said the place has a bad reputation...well being the newbie in town i was the one who got the jacking...so sad a business would be this way
