Parts and service...topnotch.

First rate! Got us in on short notice and fixed the problems quickly. I couldn't be more pleased. Rates were very reasonable.

Unfinished work and dirty (didn't clean hand prints, excess caulking and grease after job completed). They charged six times quoted hourly rate.

Not friendly, rude, ignorant, and felt they were above reproach. This is Red Neck City, people. They want to make you think they know what they are doing, but, they do not. Very disappointed with their bedside manner. Will not ever take my motor home or any of my trucks their either.

we were staying a few days in the alamogordo NM area and our furnace had a major problem requiring a new furnace we worked with the technicina, Justin, who was just outstanding - we felt he made us his priority - immediate service for the initiall probllem and above and beyond for locting us a new furnace in a timely fashion and deaing with ur extended warranty company all handled quiclkly to get us back on our itinerary in a reasonable amount of time -- we would highly recommend this company for any and alll your needs
