I have been to the Orchid Pavilion Café 2 times and I was totally surprised to have seen and met Joanne Li, Owner of the Orchid Pavilion Café. She was a former Laney College graduate and student worker at Laney's Instructional Media Center. Joanne is very nice, friendly, and very courteous to the customers, always with a smile on her face. Joanne have recently taken ownership of this restaurant, which was formerly the Fortune Cookie Restaurant. I would recommend Orchid Pavilion Café for some very delicious food for dining, take out, or have food delivered to you, and for excellent and friendly customer service!:-)
