Do not do business with this company!

They installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us in 2013. The system still does not work. Every summer they come out and tell us the attic needs more insulation or the shrubs are too high around the outside unit. Other companies have looked at the unit and all told us it was installed completely wrong. The unit is pulling air from the attic. We don't have the money to have another company fix Five Star's mistakes.



When they first installed the furnace they did not hook-up the exhaust pipe. It took two more service calls to get this corrected.

Quick, courteous and very reasonably priced. I would use them again if necessary.

I highly recommend this company. They were prompt and polite. Our technician, Mike, was very nice explaining everything. We were very pleased with the bill, too. It was far less than we imagined it would be!
