Had to take a UDS. Ask how long it would take and the young black female with long hair, who had no identification on, said she could not give me a "definite" time. I did not ask for a definite time. I asked for an estimated time. So, she obviously doesn't know how long it takes to collect a UDS, she obviously doesn't know how or where to fond this information even though she is employed here. Her co-worker Patricia, who was wearing an identification badge, was a slightly more helpful but yet dry and unfriendly, very short and blunt. Would not recommend the facility.

Fir just one doctor there will not go back until she is gone. She acts like she's better than you are damn when she asks you what's wrong you try to tell her that she stops in the middle of it I call that poor service
