I went here recently for the first time to pick up a package and I must say it was not a good experience.

First, the parking situation is strange. You must park very far away from the door and walk past the area where UPS vehicles are flying in and out.

Second, I waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to assist. By this time a line of about 4-5 people had formed. Then only one worker was available.. He was going back and forth trying to serve me while also helping others (who must've been regulars...). Then something else bizarre happened, one of the workers was pushing in a metal dolly through the door. I heard a loud expletive from a customer and I turned around to see that a man had been rammed into with the dolly! The worker who did it laughed, thinking he hadn't truly harmed the guy. The guy who got hurt assured him that he really did hit him in the knee. The worker looked confused and worried and tried his hand at apologizing. The guy who was hit told him "just go!" and the guy did just that.

After a slight error, I got my package and left...knowing that I would never return to this particular location again. I like USPS better anyhow...
