This is just not a place you would want to work. First of all, most of the supervisors "99.9%", are immature kids who think they own the company. They walk around with a chip on there shoulder just because they are a supervisor and, they are 90% of the time talking down to you because they have the "power" to.
Plus One Communications has now implemented a policy that will send you home if you are one minute over your break. "Completely Ridiculous".
If you need to speak with a supervisor, don't dare walk-up to them, you must raise your hand and what for them to acknowledge you before you can discuss your issue.
Please don't think that I am just another angry employee because I'm not. I just think that people should be treated with respect.
This company has know respect for its employees, upper management has no respect for the "regular" agents, and this company is becoming just another company that micro-manages everything which is a good indication that they do not trust the people they hire.

This place should be your last resort if you are trying to find a job.

upper management doesn't care about the employees only about money. you aren't allowed to go to the bathroom. the supervisors are immature. they take your money if you get sick. they lie about it not being a sales position until you actually get on the floor. terrible place to work.

I have been with the company from the very begining. I was in the first training class. We are a wonderful business to work with and for. Everyone is very helpful and happy to be around in this work environment.

This is the most unprofessional place to work for. You have people doing illegal drugs and getting drunk right at the desks. The supervisors and managers do it too. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There's so much trash that works there and I'm not sure how 85% pass their drug screening

I began working at the Akron PlusOneCommunication Call Center about 3 months ago, and so far, I could not be happier with the environment I work in. The supervisors as well as my co-workers are very friendly and willing to help and answer as many questions as needed, Not only is everyone willing to step up and help newcomers like me, but they try their hardest to satisfy the customers in every way possible. Its a great place to work as well as do business with.
