I am not a picky customer and will typically not have a problem passing up some luxuries for a better deal and am pretty tolerant of weird situations. However, this was too much. Jeffrey gave me the creeps. He was unkempt and rambled on and on instead of working. He had no clean towel and instead used a stained rag from a heap of dirty laundry. The whole thing was shady and made me so uncomfortable, even my groupon could not keep me there long enough to have my hair done. I still feel uncomfortable knowing that they have my personal information. awful experience all around

OMG! I purchased the groupon so spent $45 for an all over color, cut and style. I walked in and he asked what I wanted...I said I want close to my natural color. No more questions asked and he vanished off to mix the color. I sat down in the chair and he starts throwing the color on my hair...and I mean throwing! It was flying everywhere...He doesn't have a dryer so you just sit there in the chair while you're hair drys. About 45 minutes later its time to wash my hair...little did I know I would get a full bath. Mind you normally going to a salon is a relaxing, pleasurable experience. HE HURT! He hurt putting the dye on, he hurt cutting and blow drying my hair as well. When I got up from the chair my whole back was soaked! He then proceeded to cut my hair...I will say I am happy with the hair cut AND the wonderful blow dry skills he has but no I won't be returning simply because of how AWKWARD he made the whole experience. He did also proceed to leave a ton of hair color on my face that I had to spend the next two days scrubbing off! As I was there he had bill collectors calling and instead of just pretending it was a prank call or what he would advertise that it was another bill collector. He also kept talking about how he was the best of the best. The way the salon looks(hair all over the floor, color all over the couches and this awful 60's music playing) doesn't tell me that he is the best of the best. I wouldn't recommend going to him unless you have the Groupon and are paying a discounted price.

Although it seems like a reputable place by the website, this salon is far from upscale. There are stains on floor, walls, and furniture, and the incredibly creepy owner/stylist made me very uncomfortable. I wasn't happy with my hair cut, but I cut my losses to get out as quickly as possible.



Way over priced, if you are looking for upscale try Nola's in fairlawn. If you are looking for something better than this place try Great Clips.
