This company is as shady as it can get. They buy up homes in terrible condition and use unlicensed junk contractors to do patch jobs and then they try to sell them for enormous profit or they rent them. My family and I rented a property from them for two months. Nothing up to code. Summit county is involved due to the septic not functioning correctly and the fact that our water well was contaminated with bacteria including E coli. They fixed some things when it was convenient for them and their cronies. The house is in peninsula on Riverview road and is listed through a Howard Hannah website for sale. Buyer beware! They are listing it as a total redo. "like new and newer" Some things are, but no codes or inspections have been obtained through the county. And beware of their president who lies repeatedly to you and uses obscenities when you try to press him to get thing taken care of. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO USE1
