Driver cut myself and two other cars off at a light by children's hospital by turning left into exchange from the straight/right only lane. He then just flipped all of us off as he blew the red light. Unbelievable. I won't be giving them a chance for business but from these other reviews sounds like the meat is garbage just like the rude driver.

They suck! Salesman PARK ROOTE sold old rotten meat. We spent $900 and are now going to advertise in the LOCAL FREE GOOD NEWS PAPER REACHING ALL AMISH AND NEO COMMUNITIES THAT THIS IS A RIPP OFF. NO SATISFACTION NO RETURN CALLS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought some steak and chicken from this company I will say the steaks were OK but they also have sold me spoiled chicken they've told me a few times that they were going to come by my house to replace the chicken they have not and now it is making my refrigerator smell. I will say after the sale this company I was stakes did not keep their word so If I was you I would not buy from them I would buy somewhere else. I have talked to Brandon my salesperson and I've also called the company itself Brandon and the higher up told me multiple times it would be here and two weeks later we still don't have our new chicken and so now I'm going to throw away the chicken because I can't take this smell they said they would change out .

a very nice man came to my business and i purchased a box of beef for 200.00. went home and we ate the strip steaks (2). could barely chew through them. Was not impressed with the quality of meat AT ALL.Them i looked at rest and found the ribeyes sooo thin. The best look was the burgers. I called the nice man and got a refund and returned product. Felt like it was too much money for the quality of beef versus what u can buy in the store. I did like the individually wrapped pieces. ..Linda M

These gentlemen.....& I do gentlemen, came to the shop where I work on the main strip. I was a little leary at first...of course & had many , many questions which they so patiently answered. Still apprehensive, I asked, how do I know this is on the up & up. He handed me his drivers license & told me to write everything down....which I did. They gave me a wonderful deal & I paid with my card. But needless to say I couldn't wait to get home & check my account to make sure they didn't "overcharge" me. They didn't!. I'm broiling one of the steaks tonight for supper & I will surely write another review on that. Give these guys a break!! Ya want a deal on meat....what do ya want for what you paid....chateaubriand ?

Boy oh boy this company really took me for my $$$, safety and wellness!

I wouldn't feed this to the prisons on death row. I think that should explain how horrible the quality was!

The cuts are counterfeit. The fillets are machine cut disks from a far cheaper cut. The meat will make your house smell like a barn yard when you cook it. This is dog food grade beef. The drivers are pushy and creepy and will ask to come in your home.

I was working in my garage and when I turned around a guy was standing in front of me. He asked if I could use a good deal on steaks. I told him that I was concerned why he invited himself into my garage uninvited. He said he worked for a company and they were going door to door for a charity fund raiser. I asked him for what charity and he said a children's burn hospital. I have a niece that was burned in a fire and felt like I should hear him out. Things got very strange after that. He kept asking me if I was married and then asked if I had any pain pills. He sold me two cases of meat that he said was very good quality and that weighed over 100 lbs. He was very insistant that he load our freezer. During which he complained that he was having severe leg pain. While loading our freezer he asked to use our restroom which I let him do. After he left, my husband came home and come to find out while he was in our bathroom he stole my husband's prescription meds and the meat added up to be less than 50 lbs. I have called Iowa Steak Company several times to complain and I have been treated very rudely. After looking this company up on the internet I have found serveral complaints about Iowa Steaks and there sales force. This company lies to its customers, steals from its customers and need to be shut down. I have contacted the BBB and my states attorney general.

Buyer beware. Old meat. They lie, lie, and lie. Get your money back under the federal law " three day buyers right to cancel". Also don't trust them with you check or credit card. They will double bill you electronicly.

Most of the beef products quality is similar to what you would find in a grocery store, but quite a bit more expensive.



The beef fillets however are extremely poor quality. They are most certainly NOT tenderloin fillets. I am unsure what cut of meat they actually are, but half of my filets were inedible due to huge amounts of unchewable gristle running through the middle. The rest of the fillets were only barely edible.



In all the steaks are not even close to the quality you should expect for the prices they charge.

I WENT TO IOWA STEAK TO BUT SOME SOME MEAT I GOT DIFFERNT STEAKS THE PEOPLE WERE RUDE AND WHEN I WAS APPROACHING THE STORE ONE OF THE WORKERS WAS HAVING AN ARGUEMENT WITH SOME GENTLEMEN LEAVING THE PREMISE AND THE OTHER GENTLEMEN WAS WALKING AWAY YET THE ONE WEARING THE IOWA STEAK HAT WAS CURSING AND WANTING TO START A FIGHT FROM HIS TONE I FOUND THIS VERY OFFENSIVE AND THEN WHEN I WENT IN SIDE THE STORE THE WORKER WHO WAS OUT SIDE WAS IN SIDE TALKING A WHOLE LOT OF PROVANITY AND DIDNT EVEN CARE I WAS THERE THIS WAS ABOUT 10 15 THIS MORNING ON THURSDAY JAN 20TH 2011 AND WHEN I ASKED HOW THE MEAT WAS CUT HE SAID ITS CUT HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO WITHA REAL SMART MOUTH I WILLLLLLL NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY ANOTHER FATTY IOWA STEAK OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT COMES FROM THAT MEAT MARKET EVER AGAIN AND I AM GOING TO START A PROTEST FROM OTHERS BUYING THERE BECAUSE OF THEIR RUDE NESS AND BADDDDD PRODUCT FOR SUCH AN EXSPENSIVE PRICE RUDE RUDE RUDE AND THEY ALL COULD GET A REFRESHER COURSE ON MANNERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

finally...a company that provides the services they claim.

this company is great! they gave my wife and I a GREAT DEAL!!!! and they came back out to our home to replace a specific steak that we didnt like with steaks that we love. If you like steak, this company delivers quality and service both.
