They are Crooks money-grubbing Crooks I took my car in to have a little oil drain and they tried to charge me $30 just to lift it and $30 to drain unprofessional Crocs don't go there

I went to have two front tires replaced. One was on a donut, one just looked bad both were on the front. I have a 2012. As my tires were being g changed I heard a lot of grinding and banging. The owner came out and yelled at the employee. I got out of my car and the owner told me my nut was striped but it wasn't his employees fault. They replaced the nut and I proceeded to drive home. My car was violently shaking on the expressway. I pulled over because I thought I had a flat. The tire was fine, so I called the shop. He said to bring it back. After arriving he jacked the car up and ask me to push the gas. He then said the problem wasn't my tires and my car. I rebuttaled with my car was fine until leaving his shop and he Bagan yelling it wasn't "his problem"

I took the car to Valvoline and they were able to unscrew ALL my nuts with two fingers Thus man handed me a death sentence twice. I called and told him what happened and he said " you a trouble maker, don't call or come here again." Be careful next time somebody may get hurt or worse.

Please don't go to this shop!!! Yesterday my car broke down at the Copley Rd exit. I was able to coast my car into Copley Tire and Oil's lot. Me and my 10 yr old grandbaby went in to ask if they could fix my car, but before I could say a thing the owner grabbed a worker and told me to put it in neutral and proceeded to push my car off of his lot onto Pickford!!! His worker said why don't we just push it in an empty spot on the lot?? The owner snapped and said "I don't want it on my lot!!!" Then I asked if he had a phone to call for help, he said nothing and walked out of the office and into the garage. 15 min went by, I told his worker I needed to pick my other grandbaby up from school and I was late!!! I pleaded "please can I use a phone to call for help??" He went into the garage and a while later he came back handing me the phone apologizing, saying that he had to ask permission. 25 min it took to use a phone to call for help at this establishment!!!! This is a mechanic shop that could've let me park my car so it was safe, and I would've paid him to fix my car!! His worker was polite and kind. The owner was rude and dismissive, and just plain heartless!!! I've never met anyone less helpful, or more nasty in my life!! I was forced to give one star to post this review!!! But I give this establishment a -10 stars!!!

This place is the worst dont ever go there i took my xar there after it wouldn't hold air they said it needs to be rebeaded two days later took it back they said it needs time to fix itself we asked if they check the plug that was put in it obviously they didnt cause i just had to pay more money at ntb to find out the plug repair didnt take

The owner is not Mr. Personalty but he is a straight up person. After dealing with him when he had the advantage over us, he sold us what we needed to get back on with our vacation at a more than fair price. Would deal with him again.

Called ahead of time and gave them my tire size and asked how much it would be to mount 2 of them on my car. He said 25 dollars. I told him I would be over in a little bit. When I got there he saw I was driving a nicer car and immediately tried to charge me 40 dollars. I told him I was the one that called and asked about the price. He said I had some special wheels which I informed him they weren't and they mounted like all tires. Went to get in my car and leave and he said ok nevermind 30 dollars then. So I said no, you told me 25 and finally we agreed on 28. Completed the tire service and afterward he told me I had to take my old tires with me??? Wtf! I just paid my 28 and left. I will never be returning there again. I recommend everybody do the same. Stay away from this place!
