DO NOT LIVE HERE. On top of extremely outdated, overpriced, and rude management, when I moved out after 2 years of living here I was charged an additional $1200 for "damages" which were non-existent. They claimed I left the carpet stained, the appliances, bathroom, and countertop dirty, as well painted the apartment "without written permission"...? I chose this place because I was allowed to paint the walls, and I cleaned that place to a point where it was cleaner than when I moved in!!! There are FAR greater places to live just down the street.

MANAGEMENT IS A THIEF

I would have to strongly suggest that you look else where for an apartment. Upon moving out I did thoroughly clean the whole apartment as well as make sure there were no damages done...yet I was heavily billed for leaving the place a mess (which I did not), and for damages done that either were already there when I moved in or they simply made up. They billed me over $900 on top of my security deposit for nothing. They are impossible to get a hold of for anything and are very rude when you do. It would be in anyones best interest to find some place else.

I do not think I need to say much more beyond the fact that this place gave me one of the worse experiences of my life. They are rude, unprofessional, and do not give a damn about their residence. It's so hard to get a hold of them that you start to assume they are simply annoying your call, or possibly do not exist at all. Any money they can try to cheat out of you, they will. The majority of the paperwork they fill out for you is wrong, and is not fix even when personally corrected by you. I would advice to go someplace else, any place else in fact, because you will regret this place in the end.

This place looks great initally upon moving in, however, once you live there and after you leave it turns into one MASSIVE DISASTER!!! Let's start by saying if you have a problem, you better figure it out yourself because it is damn near impossible to get anyone on the phone let alone return any of your phone calls, this includes when the ceilings are pouring out water. The problem came when I went to move out they tried to CHARGE $975 past the security deposit! Any fee no matter if it is legit or not will be added on, with the threat of them getting an attorney if not paid. Supposed big holes in walls that cost $95 to fix, or after living there for 2 years they charged me $250 for an entire paint job of the apartment, in which I did not even have any stuff in one of the rooms. Any fee they will try and charge you!Including those from tenants! Also, when you move out no matter how clean it is and not matter how much effort you put into cleaning they will claim you left it a mess! In addition, to all this their paperwork is a nightmare and so are the people that work there!
