If there were a no star option I would give them a zero. I've been a customer for many years, and taken all my collision business to Alexander's. When I needed some minor rust repair, I called ahead and explained the needed work. They told me to bring my vehicle in for an estimate. After waiting 40 minutes for a estimator, he looked at the vehicle and took photos, said that they could fix the rust and a cracked windshield. After making me wait another ten minutes while he worked on an estimate, he came out to the waiting room and told me they are "moving away from rust repairs". Thanks for wasting my valuable time Alexander's you just lost a long time customer.
