WARNING: I had Akron Auto Polish install a Suntek Paint Protection Film my new Dodge Demon. The PPF was installed on the rear flares and matte paint surfaces on the hood, roof and trunk. The finished product is terrible. The hood is peeling and has heavy abrasions or stretch marks. The roof has over 20 air bubbles on the leading edge along the windshield. The one flare has dirt underneath it. The trunk lid is now peeling at the leading edges. I have been given a lot of excuses, and no refund. I am shocked that Suntek is showing Akron Auto Polish as a certified installer. Do yourself a favor and run from Akron Auto Polish.

DONT DO IT! They ruined paint on brand new Denali. Scratched it up bad with buffing pad. Left buffer streaks. Over spray of wax everywhere. Worst I have ever seen. Dealer needs to wet sand and spray new clear to fix. Not a good detail shop on black or dark color vehicles at all.

These guys do work!!!! Very very very pleased with my interior detail. I feel like I'm driving a brand new car, now! Highly recommended. Friendly, hard working for a reasonable price.

I had an emergency situation...spilled milk in my car...awful smell...and Ryan took me in on a walk-in basis, even though he was booked up, and got a great deal of the smell out that day. I brought the car in again the next day when Ryan had more time to spend on it and, for no additional charge, Ryan worked on it until the small was gone. He really wanted to help me and went out of his way to do it. He responded immediately to my concern and really wanted to get the job done right. I don't usually write reviews but Ryan and Akron Auto Polish deserve a great one. If you want responsive, competent, caring service, this is the place to go.

Akron Auto Polish is by far the very worst in the way they handle their business. They may do a good job at some things, however, they really did a number on me. Despite my too numerous to mention contacting them, then even waiting it out a year, they still responded the same old way...by not responding. I had my car picked up, cleaned inside and out and brought back to me. I gave specific instructions to vacuum out the trunk--they did not do it. They also left over spray of chemicals that got on the odometer glass, and I could not get it off. There were things missed, and when I called them, they seemed nice enough. The young man that runs the place, he was apologetic and made an appointment to pick the car up again at my workplace, however, even though he made an appointment, he never showed up. Many calls to his business, everyone was apologetic, but yet, they were not true to their word. It has been said that a person is no better than their word. I was not happy with this business practice, so a year later I figured maybe they got it together. I sent them an email explaining everything, and what did they do...they did nothing...no phone calls, no email response...just ignored my contact attempt. I forgot to mention that I also emailed them a few times in the first attempt, but they never responded either. In my opinion, I would never, never do business with this company. They do NOT have it together. In all of this poor treatment and handling of this situation, I never once was mean or nasty to them; I always treated them well and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I would never recommend them. They never keep their word and a person's word means everything, especially when you run a business.

I'm a happy camper. Akron Auto Polish took a 13 yr. old car and made it showroom new. Would I do business with this company again. YOU BET!!!!

The staff at AAP was the best . They took a dark blue automobile that looked soso and took it to another level. thanks again ryan and staff!!!
