Our South Carolina batteries didn't want to turn over our diesel engine in the Akron cold weather. ABShelby's arrived on New Year's Day of 2018 and was patient with us in the 0 degree weather (it was dark at this point). It took several attempts to get the diesel started, but ultimately it was a success and we were on our way back down south. It was very reassuring to get roadside assistance from them, as cold as it was, and on New Year's Day!

Steve went out of his way to help us with our car! He went the extra mile and earned a customer for life!

What a benefit to have AB Shelby's in our area. This establishment can handle just about anything vehicle related. The customer service is truly amazing. Steve handles each situation on a personal level. He will visually show/explain what your vehicles issues are as well as the solution(s). All of the work is guaranteed and if it's not right they will make it right. No hassle to the customer. Thank you Steve for really caring about people and not just the almighty dollar.

This is the place to take your broken car. Steve is awesome and who else do you know that works 24/7 and 365 days a year. Great to have someone who can work on your car over the weekend and return it on Sunday! AB Shelby's does excellent work and great prices too! My car has been serviced by AB Shelby for several years and I must say the service continues to be above reproach. It seems as if the owner truly listen and value the comments and suggestions of the customers. Along with the great customer service, this company stands by their workmanship. I have had to return my car for a few tweaks, as is customary when dealing with older used cars, and have received excellent service , due to the company's policy of standing by their work. I would recommend this company again and again.

I cannot believe my oil change only cost me 18.99! The place I usually go to was closed on Sundays and usually costs me about 35 bucks. They were very professional. I only had to wait about 15 minutes. I was very surprised by how neat the waiting area was. I almost never use public restrooms but I was more than okay with their facilities. I will definately be going back in the future because the customer service here is great and after talking with the man in charge about their "lifetime warrenty" on labor I am almost sure the other shops in this area cannot begin to compete. If More satisfied customers leave reviews and tell their friends about the service here at A.B. SHELBYS they will be well on their way to the A+ Ratings that they Truly DESERVE.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I had recently found some news on another site for a brake special( I needed some bad!) Little did I know this was only 1 of the problems my Baby had : (



AB Shelby's took great care of me and my baby despite the last shop scrambling her insides, They brought my car back to life.





I wouldn't dream of taking my car elsewhere. The Person who helped me was Steve. He was very helpful and honest with me. When he tried to explain to me what was going on with my 01 Crown Vic I was totally lost. Steve quickly put me at ease by pulling up a diagram with the parts and how it works on his cp.

While I waited for my car to be repaired the bubbly assistant made time go by with her witty convo and before I knew it I was out the door. My car is still rolling strong : ) THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!

My Vehicle was diagnosed and repaired quickly at a reasonable cost. The hours of operation are great, I'm not off work until 5 pm and they're still open and on the weekends. WHO DOES THAT??!!!
