I have used R N R a few times. 1st time was good. Last year I took my RV into get the water repaired. They replaced a part and said good to go. All last year I fought my water heater. I get 1 gal of hot water then starts cooling. It takes 2 more gals before the heater turns on. So, this year I called and had to make an appointment 3 weeks out. I told the person to replace the water heater. I took the trailer in the Saturday before my Monday appointment, told the service manager I wanted the heater replaced. On Monday they called and asked to keep the trailer a little longer because of an emergency. 8 days later they called my wife and said it's done. I called back with questions and they said the technician "tested" and found it to be working. I told them on the phone and in person that I wanted it replaced. I got no response. I also told them I would have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.. I go no response. Don't they care? Why don't they listen to their customers? Is it because I didn't purchase there? Has R n R got too big? This has helped me decide on where to purchase my future RV. It doesn't matter what kind of deal you get if they can't back up with service.
