SEVERAL RV'S LOST BY FIRE DUE TO ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS WHICH ARE NOT CERTIFIED OR READ BY THE CITY. YOU ARE CHARGED A RATE FOR HAVING THE METER ALONG WITH A SEPERATE CHARGE FOR THE ELECTRICITY WITH NO WATAGE USAGE LISTED! THERE ARE CURRENT CASES FOR BUILDING AND SAFETY CODE VIOLATIONS. THERE IS LITTLE TO NO OUTSIDE LIGHTING THROUGHOUT CAMPGROUND. OVERALL CONDITION OF CAMPGROUNDS IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE. ALL SPACE RATES AND ELECTRICAL CHARGES ARE DUE TO CHANGE WITHOUT ANY GIVEN NOTICE AT THE OWNERS WHIM.
For anyone who reads this! This property was acquired through foreclosure in October of 2009. The new owners have spent the last three years working on changing the image and history associated with this property.
