I couldn't believe how clean my carpets came out looking. they really managed to eliminate all of my satins. They did a "steam cleaning" process to get rid of all the stains. I mean they did a mighty fine job. I would be calling this company again because mostly because of their had working techs whom I could tell right away knew what they were doing.
