Our concrete patio, steps and retaining walls suffered from age (38 years) and earthquake damage. The project was complex and we had numerous suggestions from engineers and contractors. Removal of the old was risky as our house was integrated into the retaining walls and patio slab. After five months of exploration with Windridge and other contractors we decided to award the contract to Windridge. The scope of the project evolved during that time and justifiably so. President Jeff Howe, and the engineers he recommended, consulted and produced plans to minimize risks. Our apprehensions about damage diminished as solutions evolved.Jeff worked with us to ensure our wishes were met while suggesting options for designs and products. He was always concerned with quality and durability. The final design met our wishes and is constructed to meet the highest standards of the industry. Thank you Jeff for being so patient and helpful! Each work day during the five week long project was supervised by 15 year Windridge veteran foreman Jeff Thompson. He and his two experienced Mexican workers, Jose and Eulogio, paid careful attention to every detail. What dedicated and pleasant workers they were! I was privileged to be with them on the job at least 95% of the time. Vice President Andy Guercio who also functions as Project Manager and Quality Control Inspector, made daily visits and was also present at those times when high risk tasks were undertaken. Indispensible and multi-talented Paul Clark was here so many times doing so many different things one wonders what he cannot do! I wish their presence had been required all the time but Jeff Thompson was so good they weren’t needed that much.I can best summarize the experience by saying that everyone with the company exhibited the highest levels of expertise, integrity, reliability, teamwork, and respect. And they did so with great humor! Equally important, they have the right equipment to do whatever is required.The result of this adventure is a change that brings new life and enhanced entertainment opportunities to our home. The completed project was reasonably priced and exceeded our highest expectations. Needless to say, we highly recommend Windridge Landscaping.

We wanted a patio, a water feature and a retaining wall, but we hadn't dealt with hardscapes before and there was a lot more detail to it than we realized. Jeff and Andy listened to and quoted our request, but with their experience, they also understood our vision. They were willing to build whatever we wanted, but they weren't afraid to suggest improvements. They weren't looking for extras, just subtle enhancements that would make us happy in the long run. Bluestone patio, stacked stone retaining wall, built in grill and a 20' long pondless waterfall. They did the electrical work, low voltage lighting, auto water fill, construction entrance and more. As the project progressed, they kept us well informed with the work schedule and they followed it. We are absolutely thrilled with the process and the result. Easy to work with, hard workers AND they returned my calls every time! I will hire them again and won't even bid the work next time.

Windridge is one of the most understanding company we have ever dealt with. They have built container walls, foot paths, an ornamental fruit tree area, complete with enclosed deer fencing,rock verandas, stone footpaths and a pond that extends all the way down our back yard.Our pond is actually four connecting ponds, with the biggest pond at the bottom. This is where we keep our prized Koi's. If it were not for the mass knowledge of the people at Windridge, our ponds would not be the success and enjoyment they are. Not only on the day it was completed, but long after the installation.They helped us through every step after the installation, from what fish to put in our pond, to pond care and plantings. This is a company that you can use with confidence. They are truly experts at what they do. I highly recommend Windridge Landscaping. They are geniuses.Heather
