I have received descent service but it sure was not today! I had a 1:30Dr. appointment I waited 3 weeks for and called Dial a ride at 12:00 noonish. Shortly 3 busses came through in quick succession but I was told none were going my way. Angry I asked the bus driver to radio in to find out what happened. Finally, I gave it one last try, I called and told them my appointment was in 15 min. and sure enough they sent a bus who...wait for it...said "I don't think I am for you, I'll check...by them I dropped the F bomb and told her not to bother as I was already too late! WHT? An hour and a half and they still couldn't be on time?
