Great reviews and ratings had me going to them. Got what I believed was great service. Turns out that they did poor work, used non OEM replacement parts or both. Changed out my Trane evaporator coil under warranty and wanted to charge me to come out and inspect their own work. Fail! 90d warranty on labor is sub-standard. Fail!

My first contact with Dilmak Service was a recommendation from a close friend. They were very helpful and did not exert any pressure. During the initial home visit, Trevor carefully explained the different options available to me and answered my questions about york products. Appointments were easy to set up. The installers arrived on time. They were pleasant to work with. Upon completion of the installation, they cleaned up and one individual explained the programmable thermostat to me. Plus, he allowed me to program the thermostat. I have great faith in them and that they will be able to assist me keeping the furnace working as efficiently as possible. I look forward to living in my home with year around comfort. I recommend Dilmak Services with anyone who has problems with there system.”
