I called and schedule an appointment for monday February 8 for consult for me at 530 and cleaning for my son at 6. I made arrangements for work and came to my appointment. Once I got there they stated that I did not have an appointment nor for my son. Apparently the appointment "wasn't til the 22nd" they stated they could see me but they could see my son but it was going to be a long wait since we didnt have an appointment. I left the clinic and called the call center were I made the appointment, and advised them of the situation and ask to speak to a manager, it never happen. The girl who handled my call stated I did have an appointment for today, meaning 2/8, but "someone cancelled" it. After a long wait on the phone they called to advise me a manager would call me to speak to me and as of today I have not heard back from ANYONE!!

Very pleased with my first appointment....you can tell they're honest and truly care about the well being of the patient and not "dollar signs". Staff was very friendly, upbeat and professional. Highly recommend!
