Horrible service. Came in with urgency for the check so he could get our ad out the following week. Paid $500 and I never heard back from him since then. A month went by before we received an email back and all he said was he was out of the office and will contact us tomorrow and never received a call. We couldn't even leave a voicemail over the phone because the mailbox at the office was full. This had to be taken to the BBB and they still haven't heard from him! This was back in October and it is now the end of January. Very unprofessional and would not recommend seeking service through this business!

Worth of merchandise from Connect Four. Half of that merchandise was ordered wrong by the owner. We returned the merchandise to the owner so that he could rectify his mistake, however he took it back but never gave us new merchandise or a refund. He refuses to return any of our calls and he is never in. Do not purchase anything from here, owner is not to be trusted. Worst customer service ever. Now we have no merchandise or our money that he had us pay up front.
