I have had nothing but bad luck with ups of acworth ga ? they have to the stupidest people in the word working their ! I don't under stand how they find their way home and back to work I wish just once I would get my package on time ?

It's my birthday and I'm stuck here at home waiting for a package. The phone company said they gave the right address to UPS, but that the person changed Way to Drive. Claimed they couldn't find address. Why didn't they go by my house number. Someone has been stuck at home most of week waiting on this. I'm hungry; it's my b/day.

i looked up the tracking # & my package was on route to my home on a friday. the reg. driver was on vaction so they had a sub. i waited by the gate the entire day, sitting in a chair, & they never showed up. i wanted to pick up the package myself, so i wouldn't have to go through that again, but they didn't want me to do that. they wanted to re- deliver it again, so now i have to sit all day waiting again. I live in a gated community, & have to let them in. so their policy really stinks for folks like me.

My package has not been delivered as UPS says it has. There is an error on your site about my delivery.
