Do not use this company for anything. The staff in the billing department can't get the automatic payments right. Then when you remove the automatic payments, they overbill you. When you catch them overbilling you, they fix it halfway. Then when you are so incredibly tired of dealing with their inability to handle billing, withdraw your child, then they hold you credit hostage, unless you want to give them more money or re-sign up your child. To top it off, none of their policies state this. ****I wouldn't have had a credit, if they hadn't overcharged me to begin with.****
