The worst customer service I h...

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Beside the fact that it took over a month for a representative to call me back, once I finally did receive that call, the gentlemen was extremely rude. He did not have any concern with the fact that I have been contacting them over a month (phone and email), and told me that they will run their office as they please. This goes without saying that I would never refer anyone to their horseback services.

BEWARE!! I WOULDN'T GIVE ANY STARS!!!

I bought voucher on Crowdsavings.com, Afterwards, I looked online and saw a LOT of negative reviews about this company, I should have checked reviews prior to buying. I decided to hope for the best. When the weather started warming up, I began calling to make appointment for my daughter and I to use the vouchers. Website stated the office hours were M-F 11:00am-3:00pm. After numerous calls during these times and ALWAYS getting machine, I had left several messages. I FINALLY got a return call from Emily, this was in May. She stated they were booked up several months in advance. My daughter was going out of town for the summer but coming back in July. I wanted a Saturday appointment and she scheduled us for 7/28/12 from 12:30-2:30.



As the date approached, I tried calling to confirm appointment and could never get an answer or return call. Yesterday, Saturday morning, the day of our appointment, I called and again left message wanting to confirm and said I will be there at scheduled time. Upon arriving, there was a locked gate at the entrance with sign saying rides by appointment only. I tried to call from there but no cell service. I went under fence and down towards barn. There was a small dingy looking shack (house or barn) with car in front. I had to climb under another fence and began knocking on the door. I heard a dog barking and then heard a voice. Finally Ryan, the owner, came to door and first thing he said was what are you doing here, there’s no trespassing. I told him I have an appointment and he said I didn’t. He was shirtless, shoeless, unshaven and looked like he just woke up from a rough night!



I told him I’d scheduled the appointment with Emily a few months earlier and he argued saying they don’t schedule appointments in advance. He stated Emily was no longer with him and he didn’t know anything about this. I asked if he had appointment book or online that he could check and he said no. He said I had to call 24 hours in advance to book appointment and leave credit card. I told him I already paid for the vouchers and he said I still had to give him a credit card to hold my spot. I said if I can only book 24 hours in advance, what if he’s already booked and he said oh well, first come first served. I again explained this is why I booked so far out in advance and he just said that’s the way it is.



His demeanor, appearance and attitude was very poor! Not once did he apologize for this or try to be nice about getting us another appointment. Especially when he found out I had purchased a voucher online, he acted like that was not worth anything and didn’t even care whether I came back or not! Didn’t care that we had planned this trip, drove out of our way just to be told we had no appointment and be treated like crap.



This is NO WAY to run a business and he is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I went into this knowing I may have a problem, but tried to think positive and give him and his company the benefit of a doubt.

I am requesting full refund for the money I spent on these two vouchers. Obviously, trying to use these vouchers will be next to impossible. In addition, I was a bit fearful for my daughter and I after reading his horses were trying to buck people off and running out of control wherever they wanted to go.



I would not recommend anyone doing business with this guy. With all negitive reviews and one or two positive, makes me wonder if he wrote the positive ones! I’m sure I’m not the first person to request a refund for this company voucher. I also plan on posting my comments online anywhere I can to warn future unsuspecting clients of his business practices. I may also file a complaint with BBB if possible, although he surely isn’t a member. This guy doesn’t need to be in business at all from what I have read and seen myself! One last note, wonder why he changed the name of his company and moved???!!!

Great first experience!

My man and I went on the romantic couples trail ride and it was a wonderful experience. I had never been horseback riding before so RG was great with basic instruction and the horse I rode had me completely comfortable. I definitely recommend this place and I look forward to coming back.

My husband and I used a Travel...

My husband and I used a Travelzoo coupon this past weekend and had a fabulous experience. The 1 hours experience was the perfect amount and we got to tour the grounds of their new location which has breathtaking views. The horses were well trained rescues and I cannot think of one negative aspect about the day. We are looking forward to going again in the fall!
