I took a $500.00 Down Comforter to this cleaners to be dry cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions. When I got the comforter back it was ruined! The piping on the edges of the comforter was crimped and singed. Several areas on the comforter fabric were scorched and melted. When I took the comforter back to the cleaners they refused...absolutely refused ...to take any responsibility for the damages. They even refused to refund amount I paid to have the comforter cleaned....or should I say destroyed. Their actions are disgraceful. Use this cleaners at your own risk as they will not take any responsibility for their unacceptable work.
