Housekeeping staff stole a nice pair of boots while we were out of our room. I tried speaking with management several times regarding this issue and they tried to make out like I was lying about the boots being taken. The male manager hung up on me twice when I called to see about getting the boots returned to me. There were also bedbugs in our room. These people are liars and thieves..please don't waste your money staying here or risk having your valuables stolen by low life losers.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

My husband and i paid for 2 nights while we waited for our house to become available. We woke up at 6am the first morning and my husband started getting ready for work. We ran out to the car to grab some bags and Somehow we managed to lock ourselves out of the room. There was no one in the office and no number to call incase of emergencies. We could see that the property managers lived behind the office so my husband, frantic to get his wife in her pajamas back into the room started knocking on the office window. The dark parking lot was littered with unsavory characters roaming around at all hours. The owner came to the window and just stood there staring at us. He refused to open the door so they could hear each other and his English was terrible so we were having trouble explaining by way of charades that we locked ourselves out. Now keep in mind a young woman is standing there with no shoes, a tank top and pj shorts on while some homeless guy lurks in the shadows. After 10 minutes of this Chinese man glaring at us through the glass he finally asked what room, made a key and opened the door and said "at 11am you leave!" He kicked us out for needing him to do his job. I figured I could reason with him in a couple hours but at 11am he started beating on my door telling me "you leave now!" My husband had the car at work so I was thrown out in the rain with all my bags. They refunded our money for the one night we weren't able to stay because he kicked us out. I can not believe someone in the hospitality industry would treat their guests this way. The only rule i broke on their list of rules was #17 if you bother the management in any way you will be asked to leave. UNBELIEVABLE! Not only were we screamed at by this crazy man but the room was filthy, outdated and the mattress had signs of bed bugs. After I walked up the steeet looking like a bad lady i check in to the Econo Lodge Acworth. The staff is extremely friendly and fully aware of the Deerfield Lodge's reputation. I wouldn't recommend Deerfield Lodge to my worst enemy.
