After all this, he continued to lecture me on how, as an owner-operator, he didn't have to take this crap from customers, and he didn't want any referrals from "my friends." He was extremely disrespectful, cut me off whenever I tried to speak, and unprofessional. Then he told me that I could not write a bad review because he did a good job for me. He may THINK he did a good job, but he didn't!

We were scheduled to drain my hot tub and other work around the house. He was over an hour late, but he did call ahead of time. I asked that he not drain the hot tub water into the back yard, as we have dogs. He seemed annoyed and said I should have told him about this at the time of booking. When it was time to power wash the house, the equipment failed. We moved onto rehanging the screen porch, which was sticking in the frame. After re-hanging it, it no longer stuck, but was crooked. It also would not close unless it was latched. After asking him if he could even the gaps, he insisted it was originally crooked and it was just fine. I told him I wasn't happy with it. At that point, he said I'm a customer that he cannot make happy, and that he didn't want to do the rest of the job. He left me in a lurch. After this, he lectured me on how he didn't have to take this crap from customers. He was extremely disrespectful, cut me off, and unprofessional.
