excellent w/my dog very trustworthy

I came across Animal House while on vacation in 2007. We thought it was quaint; but when we started to talk to Cheryl the mgr. we were very impressed with her knowledge. We had just happened to have had Skip on the beach and decided to get him groomed. It was that or drive hone the 1.5 hrs with him stinky and wet! Thelma was great. She did a fabulous job despite the fact that Skip is a nervous dog when it comes to the vet and groomer. Prices are good on food and grooming. We saved almost $20 on grooming and over 8% on food over Petsmart. We now make the weekend trek about every 6-8 weeks to get him groomed and load up on food.

I had taken my dogs to many different groomers until I found Animal House. Since my first visit I was impressed by their caring nature and their professionalism. My dogs are always greeted by name and they remember details about each of their medical concerns. I especially appreciate that staff hand dry each dog and they do not use those drying cages boxes, some groomers use. When I arrive for my scheduled appointments they are always ready to work on my dogs and they are finished and back home without spending a day sitting in cages.



Additionally, I appreciate the conveyance of being able to buy all my dogs supplies right their in the store. No wonder they have been in business for so long. Quality shows through and through!

Took my dog for a grooming, but hes not and easy dog, he is a pekingese , a little nervous, i told them that, they say that was ok to take care of him. I gave him a tranquilazer and 30 minutes later they call me, to pick him up because he was so nervous and dont let them finish the grooming. I ended with a dog bill of $42.80 ,with a dog half way done, and the sad side of this was, in the bottom of the bill they rated himwith a grade of F and said I was a little deviBut my groomer still love me" was cross . Please he is only and animal, why they have to rate him like a humal. Let me tell you something they are more animals than my little angel. And yes, I pay the bill, they been waiting for me with the bill on hand. Poor dog I very sure, they let him suffer. Never againg. I dont recommend this " Human animal grooming house" In the name of Peluche, my little angel, and my self, Nydia Aguiar we rate this place with a triple FFF.
