Our project management experience has included the management of projects for all sizes of initiatives. From the smallest initiatives to multi-million dollar projects, ensuring on time deliverables while maintaining budget expectations. Our business review practice has assisted organizations with their strategic focus, financial planning, and business organization efficiency. We have assisted providers in the negotiation of their payer contracts, review of business practices and pricing for services including county contracts, third party payers, and self-pay fees. This practice assists our client in operating more efficiently, realizing administrative savings and increasing their profit margins.
