Even though I checked references and he seemed to know what he was talking about, my project was a complete disaster. A job that he promised would be 5 weeks took 8 months. He would leave for weeks (probably working on someone else's project) and when I called to complain, some unsightly men would show up at my house to work. He was rarely on site and never completed the job to my satisfaction. I'm trying to contact HGTV's Holmes on Homes to come in and complete the job correctly.
