they was late she was only at my home tops 45 mins. and my carpet was still dirty it smelled good when it was still wet but when it started to dry you can still smell wet dirt so my husband bought a Bissell and came home and did our entry way and the water was so dirty, called them to let them know about it and they said they would get back with me still waiting since 8/20/2021

My mother used this company and it was very expensive. Commercial shows nicely dressed professionals and nice vans, but nothing could be further from the truth. Cleaning was ok at best
