Masterscapes has partnered with us at University Park Apartments for the last 2.5 years. Their care and attention to detail for the property and our partnership is beyond measure. If there is a concern Jon is quick to respond and handle. He communicates consistently, he helps us forecast and anticipate concerns and works with us and our budget to find the perfect answer for our property. We have been more than pleased with the services that Masterscapes provides and the partnership of Jon and his team.

Masterscapes took our yard from mostly dirt patches, stickers, and weeds to lush grass within a season. They keep our lawn well groomed and healthy. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We can't say enough good things about them.

We have had a long standing relationship with Masterscapes and have been very pleased with their service. They are experienced, professional and accommodating. Their attention to detail and communication with us has been excellent. We plan to continue using them to keep our landscapes looking great!

I will keep this simple and say that customer service is definitely not a priority for this company. I was extremely disappointed.

I hired them when my husband was deployed to mow my yard. There were times they did not mow and still charged me. I tried to fight it and they were rude and turned me in to a credit collector even though I was making payments. When they did mow, sometimes they did a good job, other times, not at all. Sometimes they would mow my front and backyard and other times they would skip the backyard. Overall, not satisified with them.
