I don't even know where to start- don't even bother calling this company, they never answer the phone! They expect everything to be done via email, so if you have a question, sorry, but you're going to have to wait for the rude person at the other end of the computer to send you their rude response! I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this business really took the cake! My mother booked a bouncy castle for my daughters third birthday party, I received a confirmation email that we were booked. A few days later, my mom checks her email (she doesn't do this often) and discovers she has an email saying the event was canceled because her address (she lives out of town) did not match with my residential address (the location of my daughters birthday party). They stated some bs about it being potential fraud so they had to cancel- seriously. Why didn't they call? They had all of our information! Or even have the courtesy to send me that same email? And why did they wait until after informing us it was booked! SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My daughters party is this weekend and we have no bouncy house, so Id like to warn anyone that is considering booking this business. Don't do it!

I booked an inflatable, and received confirmation that we were all set, and the booking was paid for. I texted them asking what the name of the slide was that we were getting, but then realized that I didn't really need to know, so I texted "never mind." I received a text back saying "Courtesy, please." I was taken aback, as I had in no way meant to be rude. I explained that, and received a text back saying "I see. Have a good evening." I thought all was well, but then received a text about 30 minutes later telling me that they had double booked the slide and they were canceling my reservation. Perplexed, I sent another text saying that I was sorry if I offended her, and asking if that was the reason for the cancelation. She responded "No, but now I know I made the right decision." I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Now I'm going to have to go buy new invitations with corrected party information ($24 worth). I am very upset, and would never recommend this company to anyone, since you never know what might upset her and cause her to cancel you.

They didn't ask me for a deposit. And I didn't have to rent for more than 2hrs, which was good. Because I still had to buy the cake and presents. And they showed up before my time started.
