While we are saddened mr beatty had a bad experience we do feel he is not telling the truth so I will clarify what happend.

I got a call from mr tyler saying his hvac was not working.

Upon arrival I found his blower motor was burned out So I get him a price and let him know "IF THE CAPACITOR NEEDS CHANGED OUT" we have to change it because the new blower would burn out, after testing the capacitor it was fine and we dont change parts that are still working, so that's the part mr. Tyler is saying we didn't replace.

I also informed mr tyler there is a chance when we replace this blower more parts could need changed but we wont know untill the new blower is on, so he okayed the quote and we replaced the blower motor.

Sure enough the control borde is out also so I get him a price on that wich he accepts so I order the part and when it comes in I install the unit starts up like a champ but then sure enough I find the dual capacitor that controls the condenser fan motor and compressor is out at this point I feel bad for mr tyler and replace the part at no extra cost I also only charge him for three hours of labor even though I was their for six hours, anyway the unit is working I check the temp coming out of his vents 66 65 degree air So it's working and working good I call tyler and he says to come pick up a check at his place of work so I do so, I also show him pictures and proof it is working.

I get a call from mr tyler a couple of hours later and the first thing out of his mouth Is vulgar incoherent language after I finally get him to talk he starts screaming about me scamming him of corse at this point I get upset and tell him if he cant calm down and talk to me like a adult he needs to call another company, that calms him down some, he proceeds to tell me I have scammed him the unit is not working, the unit is in pieces and falling apart, I inform him if he would like me to come over and fix the issue I will wich he very angrily says yes.


I arrive at mr Tyler's place of residence about 30minutes later when I get to the unit I AM SHOCKED to find it in one piece no panels falling off no unit falling apart we had forgotten to put five screws back in so I promptly screw them back in and proceed to diagnose the unit sadly between the couple of hours I had left the condensor fan motor went out
(this is a very old unit that has not been taken care of).

At this point mr tyler has cussed me out accused me of being a scammer and completely lied about the unit falling apart I do not feel safe at his property any more So I bring him the old parts we changed out so he can confirm they were bad and needed changed out.

Mr tyler then says he is going to cancel the check, I ask him to let me get the parts we installed off so I can try to get our money back on them and he says no so I cant trespass on his Property at this point we inform him if he cancels the check we will file theft of services on him and pursue it legally

did not finish the job, they took my money and ran, and wouldn't finish the job. turns out they didn't even replace the parts they said they did
