We brought in our vehicle for service on a Saturday to have a replacement front windshield. When we came to pick up our vehicle (hours after time we were told it would be ready) the side trim pieces weren't put back on, the front cowling was torn to pieces,and the rearview mirror was put back on at a 45 degree angle 4 inches lower then before with wires hanging out. In addition to that I came back 2 times for an excessive amount of wind noise that is still not resolved. To be able to drive home I had to attempt to patch it myself. I then found he hadn't put any sealant on the bottom half of the window and never removed the cowling and just shoved the glass in. I've attempted to contact the owner for several days and he won't answer my calls or return any messages.

This shop is below subpar. One star isn't low enough.
