This company is a joke. They cheat their caregivers out of wages, keeping $5 an hour for “administrative fees” which is code for nothing more than matching a caregiver with a client. So if a client hires a caregiver for an eight hour day, the office gets $40 and the caregiver that does all the work only gets $80! They offer no formal training for their caregivers and will hire people with no previous experience. Stay away from this company at all costs.

My father has been in the Assisted Living facility at Chandler Estates for 4 years. Originally,they provided transportation to Dad for his Doctor visits and other appointments but as Dad became more frail, we needed additional care. Originally, they provided over night service for nearly a year but that has been upgraded and now, for more than a year, they have provided 24 hour a day care to augment the staff at the Chandler. Without them, Dad would probably have needed to go into the Nursing Home and would not have received the kind of wonderful, personal attention that the care givers provided by Helping Our Seniors provide. These wonderful people have treated Dad as if he were one of their own family; since we are 2500 miles away, the peace of mind and attention they have paid has meant the world to me, my wife and my brother. The leadership team understands the value of communication (good and bad) and have always been there to answer our questions and to quickly resolve any issues that arise.

We simply could not have provided this high level of care for Dad without them. They have, truly, become an extended part of our family. A wonderful service.

This agency was suppose to take care of parents and they sent over someone who cooked mexican food everyday and other highly salted foods. Caregiver did not seem to care what you requested as she did what she wanted to do. Finally the administrator got involved and she was even worse. They dont seem to care about the seniors/families. They do not take responsibility blaming the families instead. Very unsimpathetic to needs of family. Btw, at present time DADS, the licensing agency does not have very high requirements and is not updated routinely.

This agency took care of my father and they were truly wonderful. We were very pleased and I have recommended this company to my friends who are now using their services for aging parents. This agency is licensed through DADS so their attendants pass a stringent background check. I am very impressed with the owner/administrator and her staff which makes this company stand out!! Not sure why the first reviewer would write untrue information like that... sounds like a personal grudge or maybe a disgruntled former employee.
